Humanscale Liberty Mesh and Leather Task Chair - Office Furniture

Description

The Humanscale Liberty task chair brings together a smart leather seat and an instantly recognisable mesh back. It’s picked up a whole shelf of design awards, and it’s easy to see why. The secret is in the back. Three panels of low-stretch mesh are stitched together like a tailored shirt, so the backrest shapes itself to you and supports your lower back automatically. The recline does the thinking for you too. It adjusts to each person’s size and weight, with no knobs or locks to sort out. That makes it a great choice for shared desks and meeting rooms. Sleek curved arms and a slim frame finish off a chair that looks smart in any office.

Details

Add a touch of design class to your desk with the Humanscale Liberty mesh and leather task chair.
Ideal for busy workstations, open plan offices and conference rooms where lots of different people take a seat.
Manufactured by Humanscale, a trusted name in ergonomic office furniture.
Liberty’s elegant, award winning design looks great in any modern workspace.
The tri-panel, non-stretch mesh back uses Form Sensing Mesh Technology to fit the contours of your body.
Self-adjusting lumbar support gives you a tailored fit with no external lumbar devices to adjust, break or lose.
The self-adjusting recline gives the right amount of support through the full range of movement, regardless of your size and weight.
No tension springs to adjust and no recline locks to set or release. It simply works.
As you lean back, the angle between your body and legs opens up for a more relaxed position.
You stay at a near constant eye level while reclining, so you can keep your focus on the screen.
The backrest pivots as you recline, adjusting to the changing needs of your spine and giving extra lumbar support when needed.
The armrests connect to the backrest rather than the seat, so they stay with you as you recline.
The contoured seat cushion is shaped to match your body and spread your weight to reduce pressure points.
Seat height and seat depth adjust to suit you, and the chair is designed to fit more than 95% of the population.
Low-abrasion mesh was designed to be gentle to the touch and kind to your clothes.
The mesh sits in a channel in the centre of the backrest frame, so the frame protects it from knocks and scuffs.
The back and seat are modular, making them easy to replace if ever needed.
Dual-surface castors roll easily on carpet and quietly on hard floors.
Liberty contains recycled content and is designed for easy disassembly, with clear recycling guidelines.
Its lightweight design helps reduce the carbon footprint of shipping. That’s the kind of maths a boffin can get behind.
Liberty pairs a leather seat with a wide choice of mesh colours and patterns, so you can really personalise your space.
Liberty is certified by GREENGUARD and BIFMA level®, and can help earn points towards LEED certification.
